I just learned that I am one of the winners of Becky's giveaway at . Becky and her family lost her father-in-law suddenly on Easter Sunday - pls send up a prayer and good thoughts for them.  As a 2nd drawing, Becky gave away another "pocket doll" that is just so wonderful! I really fell in love with the one her her giveaway with the sweet quilt, so I am so thrilled. You can see a picture of her original giveaway post on my sidebar or visit Becky at the above link.

This is too much...just finished reading my blogroll and Angie over at was asking if anyone was paying attention...well I sure was and it turns out she was being a tricky chicky and was giving away some of her wonderful creations to the first three who commented!  Angie was offering her handmade sheep, ticking dolls or some smell-goods and I commented just in time! Thanks Becky and Angie for making my week!

I did make some good progress on my pinkeep for the swap that Wendy at  is hosting (thanks Wendy!). That's a "sneak peak" of it in the pic above.  Hope everyone has a safe week and thanks to all who have been posting thoughts & prayers for the folks in the south/midwest who have been hit so hard by the storms, reminding me to keep them in my thoughts and prayers. The worst storms may be over, but their long journey to a normal life is just beginning.
