The view out my patio door this morning as I was drinking my coffee.  Oh what a beautiful, cozy morning, I thought to myself as my daughter and I got ready for work and school...

The view of my car STUCK in the driveway after I spent an hour snow-blowing around it.  The snowblower is sitting behind the car because it ran out of gas.  Good.  They can keep each other company while they are waiting for my husband to get home from work and move them.

The view of the front yard as I walked up the driveway to the road to meet my neighbor who gave me a ride to work...after she gave my daughter a ride to school.  What a blessing friends are.  We are supposed to get 6-10 inches tomorrow night on top of this.  We might have to clean off the roof - it's wet and heavy and that's not good!

I hope you all are safe from the crazy weather that's been going on everywhere - it is that time of year.  Stay warm and safe this weekend!

Morning.. Looks real pretty until you have to go out and snow blow and the blower runs out of gas and the car gets stuck...These are the things I so hate about that beautiful white fluffy stuff called snow!
Our sunshine is gone andit's cold and dreary here in Northern Ohio today..don't know tha we will get snow but maybe rain..

Have a safe trip home from work maybe by then Hubby will have you all dug out and ready for work omorrow unless you get thoswe 6-10 inches..then you won't have to go to work..

Enjoy you day!

Well, they say if March comes in like a lion, it will go out like a lamb...That is a good thing! You are gonna hate me when I tell ya that it is supposed to be 80 degrees, here in Oklahoma, today!
It has been a really warm winter.

Looks like we both have uncannily similar views. Pretty - but prettier somewhere else if you ask me. Sounds like your morning was off to a frustrating start....We got blasted yesterday and I hear we're in for more tomorrow as well. Then someone said close to 50 degrees sometime next week. Ha....what a mess THAT will be! Stay safe and warm....hope your friend is bringing you and your daughter home as well.....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

Oh my Lisa! Looks like winter has come for you. I'm sorry to say we are having sunny 68 temps today in VA.
Thanks for sharing what winter looks like~ I almost forgot.
Don't worry, springs on its way.

Oh Lisa, such beautiful pictures. Sorry your car was stuck. Too bad you had to get out and go to work. If we got that much snow here in the south there would not be a business or school open for days. Just a few flakes and it gets crazy here. I was up half the night with terrible storms coming thru but we are safe today. More storms on the way tomorrow night. Yuk. Want to swap homes for awhile? Take care and stay safe and warm.

It all looks very pretty from here but I can see what a problem it would be. We have had over 130ml(5in) rain here in the past 24 hours which followed the 80ml we had late last week. Floods everywhere.

Lisa, the snow is beautiful for sure. But no fun if you have to drive in it. Looks like a good day to stay home and sew. Stay warm and safe just in case you get more of the stuff.
